Three Eucharistic Ministers Installed
The parish is once more blessed with committed parishioners. Three married men desired to serve the church as Eucharistic ministers. These brave men were Bro. Rodrigo Jaramillo, Bro. Lyndon Tabago, and Bro. Manuel Bustarga. They first participated in the Parish Renewal Experience (PREX) that intensified their willingness to be a part of a living Church. After this, they have undergone basic formation seminars on liturgy and doctrines conducted by the Liturgical Commission of the Archdiocese of Manila. These were held last August 16, 2014 at the Arzobizpado, Manila and September 6, 2014 at San Carlos Seminary, Lay Force Center.
The installation of these three new Eucharistic Ministers of the Holy Communion (EHMC) was held last Sunday, September 21, 2014, during the 6:30 PM mass. It was presided by Fr. Richard Magararu,SMM. In the installation rites they promised to live as good Christian and to perform their duties in distributing Holy Communion to the faithful during the mass and to the sick and homebound parishioners. As a symbol of their service a Eucharistic Minister’s stole was given to them.
